How do you kick a bad habit when you unconsciously open a movie or TV program before going to bed?

Every night when I lie in bed, my hand always touches my cell phone without listening to my will, clicking on the movie and TV app, brushing some unhealthy videos, and I can't stop watching them, and every day I think about it.
